Youtrust organises signed requests with an inbox, labels and workspaces, and 10-year electronic archiving is a paid add-on on Pro. There is no contract repository, no metadata extraction and no renewal tracking; the expiry date in Youtrust is a deadline for signing a request, not for renewing a contract. That is fine when the signature is the end of the job. fynk reads each document on arrival and keeps parties, dates, values and notice periods as data, with renewal reminders on every plan. Both cover simple, advanced and qualified signatures under eIDAS. Youtrust is itself an eIDAS trust service provider. On its web app, advanced signatures by SMS code start on Plus, advanced signatures with an ID check are an annual add-on, and QES is bought per signature, from €10 each in annual packs of at least 10 or €15 each singly on monthly billing. Neither is available on Free or One. In fynk, all three levels are available on every plan, the free one included. Youtrust includes a native HubSpot connector and Zapier from Plus, connects to Salesforce through its API, and offers an MCP-based AI connector on every licence for Claude, ChatGPT and Le Chat. That connector’s scope is narrow: it sends requests from existing templates and reports their status. fynk’s MCP server starts on Essential and lets assistants search the repository, draft from templates and move contracts forward, while native HubSpot and the REST API need Business. The templates on Youtrust Plus are signing-process templates. Generating a document from a Word template needs Forms, an add-on from €10 a month below Pro, and there is no redlining or clause control. fynk has legal-controlled templates with dynamic fields and conditions, in-document negotiation with tracked changes and comments, and approval paths that block signing until they are complete. Youtrust has approvers from Plus too, but for drafting and negotiating the contract itself, fynk wins.

Entry prices are per user per month, billed annually: fynk Essential, its lowest paid plan, and Youtrust Plus, the first plan with unlimited simple signature requests, approvers, templates and HubSpot. Youtrust prices are net. Ask both vendors to quote your real annual volume.
Youtrust stops at the signature, so leaving it moves less than leaving a contract tool: signed files, the evidence behind them, templates and a few integrations. The catches sit in how Youtrust archives, bills and connects.
Youtrust organises signed requests with an inbox, labels and workspaces, and archives the evidence file for every signature with Arkhinéo, an external archiving provider. Ten-year electronic archiving is a separate paid add-on on Pro. Before the renewal date, ask Youtrust how signed documents and their evidence files are exported in bulk, and how you reach the Arkhinéo copies once the subscription ends. Test the answer on one workspace and compare the count before you give notice.
Youtrust’s published prices assume a 12-month term, and qualified signatures on annual billing come in packs of at least 10. That makes the renewal date the obvious cut-over. Check how many signatures are left in the current pack before then, because a pack bought from Youtrust cannot follow you to another provider. The ID-checked AES is an annual add-on too, so it hangs on the same date. On the fynk side, all three eIDAS levels come with every plan, Free included.
On Youtrust Plus, HubSpot and Zapier are included, Salesforce is connected through the API, and the MCP-based AI connector comes with every licence. In fynk, the MCP server and the Salesforce and Pipedrive connectors start on Essential, but native HubSpot, Zapier and the REST API need Business at €39 per user per month billed annually. A sales team that relies on the HubSpot connector today should therefore compare fynk Business, not Essential, with the €23 Youtrust Plus licence. A Salesforce link built on the Youtrust API is rebuilt either way, on fynk’s connector or its API.
Templates on Youtrust Plus describe the signing process, not the contract text. Teams that generate documents from Word files do it through Forms, which costs from €10 a month extra on plans below Pro. Rebuild those Word files first, as fynk templates with dynamic fields, because each one stands for a contract your team creates again and again. The signing-process templates shrink to a signing order and, where Youtrust had approvers, an approval step. Whoever maintains the Word templates today does most of this work.
If your process depends on Youtrust’s identity, company or bank-account verification or on its electronic seals, keeping those checks with the provider that signs is worth more than what fynk adds after the signature. The same applies if your data must be hosted in France specifically, if your own product sends requests through the Youtrust API, because rebuilding that integration is real engineering work, or if signing genuinely is the whole job and nobody needs the contract afterwards. In those cases staying is the right call, whatever the publisher of this page would prefer.
