Yes. You can export your documents in bulk straight from the Documents list, either as a full archive with the PDFs and a metadata spreadsheet or as metadata only. Each export is saved to a history log in your account settings with a download link that stays available for 7 days, so your data is always yours to take with you.

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel monthly plans at any time. Yearly plans need to be cancelled 3 months before the contract renews.

AI usage in fynk is measured in credits. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance for each seat, and your subscription price stays exactly the same. Credits pay for AI actions that produce a result, such as analyzing a contract or searching across your repository with AI. Everyday editor helpers like autocomplete, spell check and translation are free and never consume credits.

Free includes 50 credits per user per month, Essential 150, and Business 250. On Pro the allowance is agreed with our team and sized to your organization. Credits from every seat go into one shared pool, so your heaviest AI users are never capped by a single seat. The pool resets each month with your billing cycle and unused credits do not roll over. New accounts also start with a batch of onboarding credits on top of the first month's allowance.

You get a notification once you reach 80 percent of your allowance, so nothing comes as a surprise. If the pool does run empty, everything you already generated stays available and every non-AI feature keeps working as normal: creating, editing, sending and signing contracts are all unaffected. To carry on with AI you can buy a top-up pack, upgrade your plan, or simply wait for the next monthly reset.

Yes. Top-up packs come in three sizes, from 50 credits up to 2,000, and the price per credit drops as the pack gets bigger. Packs stay valid for 12 months from purchase, so nothing you buy expires at the end of the month. An account owner or admin can buy them on any paid plan, and we put together custom volumes for larger teams on request. The Free plan does not include top-ups, so heavy AI users move up to Essential instead.
