Seven Tomorro alternatives worth a shortlist.

Tomorro (formerly Leeway) is a French contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform that covers drafting, negotiation, approvals, native simple signatures and tracking, with its AI assistant Oro built in. Here is what teams shortlist when they need qualified signatures without a second vendor, a published price, or AI that is not capped by a shared team allowance.

4.8

The short version.

  1. fynk if you want contracts and signatures up to QES in one European system with an AI assistant that reads them.
  2. Juro if sales, HR and legal draft and agree contracts together in the browser.
  3. ContractHero if the main job is structuring an existing archive with deadline control, hosted in Frankfurt.
  4. Oneflow or Contractbook if you are a Nordic or European team sending recurring sales and HR agreements.
  5. Ironclad if you have an in-house legal team, complex workflows and Salesforce-driven contracting.

Still the right call if many viewers and counterparties should never cost a seat, or if you already run DocuSign for AES and QES: Tomorro itself. Here is when we say so.

More than 3,000 teams chose fynk to outgrow legal chaos.

Nobody leaves Tomorro because the contract editor stopped working.

  1. Qualified signatures need a second vendor.

Tomorro's native signature is a simple electronic signature. Advanced and qualified signatures run through a DocuSign integration that needs your own DocuSign account, and Tomorro's signature order only applies to its native signature.

  2. There is no price until the sales call.

Tomorro publishes no plan prices. The CLM is sold by quote, billed annually, with a 12-month commitment, so a budget needs a sales process before it needs a spreadsheet.

  3. AI runs on a shared monthly allowance.

Oro's review, extraction and chat draw on credits shared by the whole team: 50 a month on Pro, 150 on Scale, 250 on Enterprise. Each extracted field costs a credit, and once the allowance is used, Oro's features are temporarily blocked unless you have bought the unlimited upgrade.

  4. The developer surface is still early.

Tomorro's MCP server is a read-only beta, and its public REST API carries an alpha version label. Teams that want AI agents or internal tools to write into the contract system hit that ceiling first.

01 fynk

European teams that want contracts, AI and eIDAS signing (up to QES) in one system with transparent per-user pricing

Get a demo

This is our page, so read this section with that in mind. fynk is a contract platform with e-signature built in, not a signature tool with contract features bolted on. Every document is read on arrival, so parties, dates, values and notice periods come back as structured data.

Where it wins

  • Contract management and signing in one subscription
  • EU hosted by default, ISO 27001
  • SES, AES and QES on every plan
  • Self-serve setup, a free plan and a 14-day trial

Where it does not

  • Less brand recognition outside Europe
  • API and native HubSpot integration only from the Business plan
  • No notarisation and no SOC 2 report
  • Too much tool under five contracts a year
From €19 per user/month (annual)

02 Juro

Mid-sized companies where sales, HR and legal create and agree contracts in the browser

A browser-based CLM for companies where sales, HR and legal create and agree contracts together: a native editor, conditional approvals, a searchable repository and native advanced signatures, priced by contract volume.

Where it wins

  • Browser-native editor with redlining
  • EU hosted in Ireland, SOC 2 Type II
  • AI assistant across the repository

Where it does not

  • Pricing on request, sales-led only
  • QES only through a DocuSign integration
  • Public API only on Enterprise
On request

03 ContractHero

DACH mid-sized companies and groups that mainly need a structured, searchable contract archive with deadline control

A German contract management platform aimed at the DACH Mittelstand and corporate groups. Its focus is the repository: AI extracts parties, terms and deadlines on upload, and reminders and tasks follow from those dates. From the Professional plan it adds templates, a Word add-in and advanced signatures.

Where it wins

  • AI extraction, summaries and OCR full-text search on every plan
  • Hosted in Frankfurt, company-level ISO 27001
  • Contract management and signing in the same subscription

Where it does not

  • Pricing on request, sales-led only
  • QES, approvals on Professional and the MCP connector are paid add-ons
  • Drafting and redlining run through a Word add-in
On request

04 Oneflow

Nordic and European mid-market teams sending sales and HR contracts

A Nordic contract platform built around sales and HR agreements, combining a document editor, signing, AI extraction and a repository in one subscription.

Where it wins

  • EU hosted in Ireland, ISO 27001
  • Contract management and signing in one subscription
  • Native HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics integrations

Where it does not

  • AES and QES through an eID add-on
  • AI playbook review is a beta add-on
  • SOC 2 Type 1 only
€50 / user / month

05 Contractbook

small and mid-sized Nordic and European teams that want drafting, AES signing and an AI-assisted repository in one tool

A Danish contract management platform, part of the Swedish e-signature group Scrive since June 2025. It covers template-based drafting, in-app negotiation, SES and AES signing with Nordic eIDs, and an AI-assisted repository, sold as flat-fee plans with a yearly cap on signed contracts.

Where it wins

  • Drafting, counterparty redlining, signing and repository in one subscription
  • AI import with extraction, OCR search and reminders
  • EU hosting on Google Cloud, SOC 2 Type II

Where it does not

  • No QES, native signatures stop at AES
  • Signed contracts capped per year on every plan
  • API and Salesforce are paid add-ons
On request

06 Ironclad

Enterprise and upper mid-market companies with in-house legal teams and complex, high-volume contract workflows, especially Salesforce-driven sales contracting

An enterprise CLM with deep workflow configuration, built for in-house legal teams handling complex, high-volume contracting, especially from Salesforce. It expects a named owner and an implementation project.

Where it wins

  • Workflow depth at enterprise scale
  • AI extraction and an assistant across the repository
  • Native Salesforce and HubSpot integrations

Where it does not

  • Pricing on request, sales-led only
  • Implementation takes weeks rather than days
  • EU hosting is a paid region add-on
Pricing on request

07 Agiloft

large organisations with complex, custom contract processes and budget for a services-led rollout

A no-code CLM platform that customers configure around their own process: custom tables, workflows and approval routing, with AI review through its Astra product. If your process genuinely does not fit anyone else’s product, this is the one that will bend to it.

Where it wins

  • No-code configuration of tables, workflows and layouts
  • AI playbook review, extraction and Ask AI in the CLM base package
  • SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and AWS regions including the EU

Where it does not

  • Pricing on request, sales-led only
  • No native e-signature, signing needs a DocuSign or Adobe Sign licence
  • Typical rollout is a services project of about 14 weeks

Buyer guide

What to look for in a Tomorro alternative.

Tomorro already covers the full contract lifecycle, so replacing it is rarely about a missing module. Four questions decide most of these evaluations, and they are worth answering before you book demos.

The signature level you actually need.

eIDAS defines three levels. A simple electronic signature covers most commercial contracts in the EU. Advanced and qualified signatures need identity verification behind them, and some documents will not hold without one. Tomorro signs natively at the simple level, so if a meaningful share of your contracts needs AES or QES, count the DocuSign licence as part of its cost.

Who you pay for.

Tomorro charges only for administrator and creator seats, and internal viewers and counterparties are free and unlimited. Several alternatives on this list, fynk included, price per user instead, and Juro prices by contract volume. If a small legal team creates contracts and hundreds of colleagues only read them, model both approaches at your real headcount before you compare list prices.

How AI usage is metered.

Almost every contract platform now meters AI. On Tomorro the monthly credits are shared by the whole team, and each extracted field costs one. In fynk the credits are counted per user. Ask each vendor how many credits a bulk import of your archive would use, because that is where an allowance runs out first.

How open the platform is.

If you plan to connect AI agents, a data warehouse or internal tools, check what the API and MCP server can write, not only what they can read, and whether they are generally available or still in beta.

When Tomorro is still the right answer.

Worth saying plainly, since we sell against it. If your legal team creates the contracts and many colleagues and counterparties only need to read, comment or sign, Tomorro’s creator-only pricing is hard to match. It pairs France-based hosting and ISO 27001 with playbook-based AI review, standard playbooks in French, English and German, a Word add-in and a German team in Munich and Berlin. If you are already standardised on DocuSign for AES and QES, the missing native qualified signature costs you nothing extra.

Why teams pick fynk

The qualified signature, in the same system as the contract.

Tomorro signs natively at the simple level and hands advanced and qualified signatures to a separate DocuSign account. In fynk, SES, AES and QES are part of every plan, so the signed contract never leaves the system that reads it: the dates and values come back as data you can filter and report on, and the assistant answers questions across the whole repository.

  • Contracts and eIDAS signatures up to QES in one subscription, no DocuSign account
  • EU hosted by default, ISO 27001
  • AI review and metadata extraction on every plan
  • Published per-user prices, a free plan and a 14-day trial
Framework agreement, Nordwind Analytics Signed
  • Renewal date 31 March 2027
  • Notice period 3 months
  • Contract value €48,000 per year
  • Signature level QES

Pricing

How Tomorro pricing actually behaves.

Tomorro publishes no prices for its contract management product, so every figure comes from a quote. What it does publish is how the quote is built, and those mechanics matter more than the headline seat price.

You pay for creators, not for readers.

Only administrator and creator roles are charged. Internal viewers and counterparties are free and unlimited. That makes Tomorro cheaper the more your contract work is concentrated in a small team, and the comparison with a per-user tool depends almost entirely on that ratio.

The quote comes with a year attached.

Billing is annual with a 12-month commitment. A two-week free trial is available on request from the Tomorro team, and the plans named in its help centre are Pro, Scale and Enterprise.

AI is metered per team.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Oro credits shared by all members: 50 on Pro, 150 on Scale and 250 on Enterprise. Data extraction costs one credit per field Oro actually fills, and unlimited access is an upgrade arranged through your Customer Success Manager. fynk meters AI as well, per user rather than per team, so compare the totals at your headcount rather than the plan names.

Migration has its own line item.

Tomorro offers bulk Excel import and a Smart Import beta that extracts data with Oro. Its paid migration service, where the Tomorro team imports existing contracts, bills extraction fields that are not already part of your plan at €0.50 per field per contract.

Oro is also sold on its own.

The standalone Oro AI legal agent has its own public prices, a free Starter tier and Pro at €50 a month. It is a separate product from the Tomorro CLM, so those prices say nothing about the CLM quote.

What to ask for in writing.

Ask any vendor on your shortlist for the same three numbers: the total annual cost at your real document volume, what happens when you exceed the allowance, and what the second and third year look like after any first-year discount. Those three answers reorder most shortlists more than any feature table does.

How to move without losing your archive.

  1. Export your signed contracts and their data.

Download signed contracts in bulk and export contract data to Excel from the repository or a filtered view while the Tomorro account is still active.

  2. Bulk import the archive.

fynk reads each PDF and extracts parties, dates, values and terms, so the archive arrives searchable instead of as a folder dump.

  3. Rebuild templates, not documents.

Move the five templates that cover most of your volume. The long tail can follow.

  4. Time it to your renewal and run both for one month.

Tomorro plans run on a 12-month commitment, so plan the switch around the renewal date. New contracts go to the new system, anything mid-signature finishes where it started.

Frequently asked questions.

  • Not natively. Tomorro's own signature is a simple electronic signature and is included in all plans. Advanced and qualified signatures are available through its DocuSign integration, which needs a separate DocuSign account, and Tomorro's signature order does not apply to DocuSign signatures.

  • Tomorro does not publish prices for its contract management product; pricing is on request.
