Juro publishes no prices, so the comparison starts with understanding what drives its quote. Three mechanics matter more than any single number, and they are worth checking with every vendor on your list, including us.
The contract is the billing unit, not the seat.
All Juro plans offer unlimited users, workflows and templates. The price is based on your contract volume and on the complexity of the integrations you need. That works well when many people create a few contracts each. It is worth asking what happens when your volume grows beyond the band the quote was sized for.
Integrations set the plan.
Essentials includes the Slack, email, Google Drive and Word integrations. Growth adds HubSpot, Claude, Docusign, Greenhouse, Zapier and Ashby. Salesforce, the REST API and webhooks come with Enterprise. If your CRM is Salesforce or you plan to connect your own systems, price the Enterprise plan, not the entry one.
AI features are part of the configuration.
The AI Assistant is included on every plan. AI Extract, AI Draft and AI Review are selectable in the pricing configurator, so two quotes for the same plan can include different AI. Ask which of them your quote contains.
What to ask for in writing.
Ask any vendor on your shortlist for the same three numbers: the total annual cost at your real contract volume and headcount, what happens when you exceed it, and what the second and third year look like after any first-year discount. Juro’s pricing page offers 20% off the first year to customers who sign in the same month they request the demo, so that last question matters here.
