Oneflow publishes a price for its Business plan and sells Enterprise on quote. The headline figure is clear; what moves the invoice is the minimum, the billing term and the add-ons. They are worth understanding before you compare any two quotes, including ours.
A per-user price with a five-user floor.
Business starts at €50 per user per month, billed annually, for teams starting with five users. The smallest Business subscription is therefore €250 a month, or €3,000 a year. Enterprise is a custom quote for teams starting with ten users and adds SSO, SCIM, groups, custom roles, shared templates, Suggestions and Section Rules.
A broad Business plan.
Business includes contract templates with locked sections, internal approval workflows, signing order, lifecycle rules and reminders, import of existing signed contracts, AI Summary, AI Extract and API access with webhooks. For many sales and HR teams that is the whole job, and it sits in one subscription.
The add-ons are where the price moves.
The pricing page marks eID signature, SMS signature, Suggestions, premium integrations for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, and AI Review and Insights as paid add-ons on Business. If your contracts need AES or QES, or your counterparties negotiate in the document, price those in before you compare seats.
A 14-day trial with no credit card.
The trial covers the full platform. Use it to check the Business features against your contracts before annual billing starts.
What to ask for in writing.
Ask any vendor on your shortlist for the same three numbers: the total annual cost at your real document volume, what happens when you exceed the allowance, and what the second and third year look like after any first-year discount. Those three answers reorder most shortlists more than any feature table does.
