Ironclad does not publish a price, so the useful question is not what it costs but which parts end up on the invoice. They are worth understanding before you compare any two quotes, including ours.
The price is a quote.
Ironclad’s pricing page offers a custom quote and a demo request, with no rates and no self-serve checkout. Buyers pick from three products, CLM, the AI assistant and eSignature, and the quote is shaped by products, users, workflows and growth.
Seats come in several types.
The quote counts Administrator and Standard seats and module users for sell-side, buy-side and intake work. Jurist, the AI contract assistant used for drafting, redlining and playbook review, has its own seats on top.
AI is partly included and partly metered.
Smart Import, which extracts metadata from uploaded contracts, has been unlimited for all customers since 1 September 2026 and does not consume AI Credits. Designated AI agents, such as the Renewal Agent and the Intake Agent, do consume AI Credits, which are bought as an add-on.
Several essentials are add-ons.
The EU data centre, API access and obligations management are listed as add-ons to the CLM platform. Ironclad Signature, where included, covers up to 250,000 completed signature requests per year.
What to ask for in writing.
Ask any vendor on your shortlist for the same three numbers: the total annual cost at your real contract volume including signing and AI, the implementation cost and time to go-live, and what the second and third year look like after any first-year discount. Those three answers reorder most shortlists more than any feature table does.
