We’re excited to announce our brand-new integration with Pipedrive, bringing your favorite CRM even closer to your contract workflows.
With this update, you can now connect your sales pipeline directly to fynk’s contract templates. That means generating, personalizing, sending and signing contracts is easier than ever, no switching between tools.

- Map any of the five core CRM objects: Deals, Persons, Organizations, Activities and Products to specific contract fields.
- Insert dynamic placeholders like contact names, pricing, product quantities, close dates and more to auto-populate fields with the latest CRM data.
- Generate fully completed contracts in just one click, using fresh, up-to-date information from your pipeline.

How to Get Started
Connecting Pipedrive to fynk is simple and quick with no technical expertise is required.
All it takes is a one-time setup to link your Pipedrive account to fynk. Once connected, your team can instantly start pulling live deal, contact and product data into contract templates. From there, it is as easy as selecting your fields and generating documents.
To connect Pipedrive to fynk, follow these steps:
Step 1: Sign up for a Pipedrive account, log in, click your avatar → Developer Hub → Create an app → Create private app, and name it “fynk”.
Step 2: In fynk go to Settings → Integrations → Pipedrive → Create and copy the Callback URL shown.

Step 3: Back in your Pipedrive app settings paste the fynk Callback URL, select the needed scopes, click Save, then copy the generated Client ID and Client secret.

Step 4: In fynk’s Pipedrive integration form paste the Client ID and Client secret, click Save, then click Allow/Install when redirected, and verify that Pipedrive fields now appear in fynk’s data-mapping templates.

Step 5: In Pipedrive’s app settings click Change to live, then Share app and copy the install link provided.
Step 6: Sign in to your production Pipedrive account in another browser or incognito window, paste the install link into the address bar, and click Allow/Install to connect fynk to your live account.
Alternative: If you’re already signed in to production Pipedrive in the same browser, simply edit and save the Pipedrive integration in fynk, when prompted, click Allow to install directly.
