    Consultant will make himself available, as requested by the Client, in an advisory capacity regarding transition matters following his departure from the Company as the Chief Scientific Officer as of the Resignation Date. Consultant will report directly to the Client’s Chief Executive Officer.


  • Primary Duties. Employee shall perform such duties as are consistent with Employee’s title set forth above in Section 2.1, and shall perform such other work as may be assigned to him subject to the instructions, directions, and control of Employer, which shall be consistent with the type and nature of work normally performed by senior banking officers and as may be assigned by Employer from time to time.
