Annual Vacation. The Annual Vacation Quota is defined for each full year of employment. For the avoidance of doubt, any unused vacation days in excess of the Maximum Vacation Quota shall be forfeited with no advance notice nor compensation payable, at the end of each year of employment.
Vacation. Subject to the provision of the Annual Vacation Law-1951 (the “Annual Vacation Law”), the Employee shall be entitled to the number of paid Annual Vacation Days as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, which shall be taken in accordance with the Company’s policy and subject to prior approval by the Supervising Officer. The Annual Vacation Days may be accrued and redeemed through the immediately succeeding year (the “Accrual Period”), in accordance with the Annual Vacation Law.

Vacation
10.1 The Executive shall be entitled to 16 business days of paid vacation each year (“Annual Vacation”).
10.2 It is hereby expressed that the Executive must make every effort to exercise his Annual Vacation; however, if he/she is unable to utilize all the vacation days, the Executive shall be entitled to accumulate the unused balance of the vacation days standing to his credit up to a ceiling of double the number of the Annual Vacation (the “Ceiling”), provided that the Executive takes at least seven consecutive annual working days vacation. If the Executive accumulates vacation days exceeding the Ceiling, the balance shall be deleted.

10.3 The Company may instruct the Executive to use his Annual Vacation, in the event that Company employees are sent by the Company on an organized vacation.
Vacation:

The Employee’s annual vacation entitlement shall be 21 days per annum (“Annual Vacation”). This is in addition to other holidays normally observed by the Employer, including but not limited to all statutory and observed holidays if any. The Employee’s paid vacation entitlement will be adjusted as per the Employer’s vacation policy which may be amended from time to time;
Holidays and Annual Vacation Leave. Mr. Prabodh shall be entitled to all public holidays in the country/territories where he is located at the time, in addition, to annual vacation leave which shall accrue on a pro rata basis during the Contract term at the rate of fourteen (14) days per annum which vacation and/or personal day(s) shall be taken by him at such time or times as are consistent with the needs of the business of SEATech.
Annual Vacation: Employee shall be entitled to paid annual vacation days as detailed in Annex A, for each year of employment with the Company. Employee shall use each year at least 7 consecutive vacation days (including Friday-Saturday).

by agreement of the Parties hereto, the unused part of the paid annual leave is provided during the current year or in the next working years at any time, and a part of the unused paid annual leave, due to the cut short, is added to the paid annual leave for the following working years;
at the request of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, he may be granted unpaid leave for the duration determined by agreement of the Parties;
upon termination of this Agreement, the Chairman of the Board of Directors is entitled to a payment in lieu of unused days of the vacation leave.
Vacation Days – The Company shall provide you with a total of ___ annual vacation days (your “Vacation Allotment”), which includes the vacation days which you are entitled to receive under law.
