Yes. Swisscom Mobile ID is included as a signature method in fynk. The sender sets the signature type when the contract is sent, and the signer picks this method from the provider list when they sign. The signer enters the details fynk asks for, then confirms with the provider, still inside that flow.
Swisscom Trust Services, based in Switzerland. Signing uses the Mobile ID app. Someone without the app can complete a remote identity check to receive a signing certificate.
