About the provider
The Estonian ID card is the government smart card. It holds certificates for authentication and for a qualified signature, and it is used with a card reader. This is separate from Estonian Mobile-ID and from Smart-ID.

Yes. Estonian ID card is included as a signature method in fynk. The sender sets the signature type when the contract is sent, and the signer picks this method from the provider list when they sign. The signer uses their ID card as part of that flow.
