Diia.Signature is Ukraine's qualified signature inside the Diia app. The signer already has Diia.Signature set up and confirms by scanning the code fynk shows.
About the provider
Diia.Signature sits inside Ukraine's Diia app. A person who has already activated it confirms by scanning the QR code fynk shows, or by tapping that code on a phone where Diia is installed.
Questions
Yes. Diia.Signature is included as a signature method in fynk. The sender sets the signature type when the contract is sent, and the signer picks this method from the provider list when they sign. fynk opens the provider in the browser from that flow.
In Ukraine it is equivalent to a handwritten signature. In the EU it is recognised as an advanced electronic signature.

Confirm with the provider
The signer scans the QR code with the Diia app and confirms the signature there. On a phone that already has Diia, the code itself can be tapped.

Marked on the PDF
The PDF is marked QES. Under Article 25(2) of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014, that has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
