About the provider
This uses a certificate already stored on the signer's computer, card, or token. The certificate comes from a trust service and is tied to that person. No separate account has to be created in fynk first.

Yes. Certificate on this device is included as a signature method in fynk. The sender sets the signature type when the contract is sent, and the signer picks this method from the provider list when they sign. The signer uses a certificate already stored on their device.
It is a certificate stored on the computer, a smart card, or a USB token. The signature is created on that device, and the private key stays with the signer.
When a qualified trust service provider issued the certificate under eIDAS. Otherwise the signature is advanced.
