User Referral & Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
- Prohibition on Self-Referrals
Users participating in the referral program are not permitted to refer themselves. Any attempts to refer oneself will result in disqualification from the program and may lead to the forfeiture of any rewards or incentives earned.
- Eligibility of Demo Call Referrals
Referral rewards are only granted for scheduled demo calls that meet the following criteria:
- The referred prospect must be an authorized representative of a legitimate company.
- The referred prospect must attend and actively participate in the scheduled demo call. No rewards will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
- Misrepresentation of Affiliation
Participants in the referral program must not misrepresent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of fynk. Any false claims of affiliation beyond participation in this referral program are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification and potential legal action.
- Prohibition on Fraudulent and Spam Referrals
Participants must adhere to ethical practices when referring new users. Any referrals generated through fraudulent activities, spamming, or deceptive practices will be considered invalid. fynk reserves the right to disqualify participants and revoke rewards if there is evidence of such activities.
- Compliance with Applicable Laws
All referral activities must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their referral practices do not violate any legal requirements.
- Program Modifications and Termination
fynk reserves the right to modify or terminate the User Referral & Affiliate Program at any time, without prior notice. In the event of termination, fynk will honor valid referrals made prior to the termination date, provided all other conditions are met.
- Limitation of Liability
fynk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program. Participants agree to indemnify and hold fynk harmless from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their participation in the program.
- Reward Disbursement
Referral rewards will be disbursed according to the program’s specified timeline and criteria. fynk reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases where referred prospects do not meet the program’s eligibility requirements or where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Right to Audit
fynk reserves the right to audit any referral activities to ensure compliance with the program’s terms and conditions. Participants may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify the legitimacy of their referrals.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
Participants must respect the confidentiality of any information they obtain during the course of their participation in the referral program. All personal data collected as part of the referral program will be processed in accordance with fynk's Privacy Policy.
- Discount Applicability
Referee discounts are only available for new customers who have not yet signed up for fynk. Referrals to existing customers are not eligible for discounts.
- Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the User Referral & Affiliate Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the program and the forfeiture of any accrued rewards.
