How many AI credits do you need?

You pick your plan, say how many people are on your fynk account, and set how often your team runs each AI action in a typical month. The calculator multiplies those actions by what they cost in credits, compares the total against the allowance included with your seats, and tells you whether you are covered. If you are short, it works out the cheapest combination of top-up packs and checks whether moving up a plan would cost less.

Only AI actions that produce a result. Analysing a new contract costs 10 credits, re-running an analysis on a contract you already have costs 5, and sending a file to the assistant costs 5. Single requests to the assistant, searching with AI, and the fill-with-AI helpers in settings cost 1 credit each. Writing help inside the editor, including autocomplete, spell check, text generation and translation, is free and never touches your balance.

Both, in the sense that matters. Every seat adds its allowance to one shared pool, and anyone on the account can draw from it. That means a single power user can run far more AI than their own seat would cover, as long as the team as a whole stays inside the total.

Credits included with your plan reset each month with your billing cycle and do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up pack behave differently: they stay valid for 12 months from purchase, so a pack bought for one heavy month is still there the next time you need it.

You get a notification at 80 percent, so you can react before it becomes a problem. If the pool does empty, everything the AI already produced stays available and every other part of fynk keeps working exactly as before: drafting, editing, sending and signing contracts are all unaffected. To carry on with AI you can buy a top-up, upgrade, or wait for the reset.

It is a planning tool, not a quote. The credit costs per action are the real ones, so if your activity numbers are right the total will be close. What most teams get wrong is their own volume, especially in the first months, which is why the usage view in your account settings shows what you actually consumed.
