Yes. Finnish ID card is included as a signature method in fynk. The sender sets the signature type when the contract is sent, and the signer picks this method from the provider list when they sign. The signer uses their ID card as part of that flow.
It carries a Citizen Certificate on a chip, for Finnish citizens and residents. Signing needs a compatible card reader and software. Minors can have a card with a guardian's consent.
