About the provider
The Croatian identity card, Osobna iskaznica, is the official ID for Croatian citizens. The current card has a chip, and the eOI on that chip is what fynk uses for the signature.

Yes. Croatian eID (eOI) is included as a signature method in fynk. The sender sets the signature type when the contract is sent, and the signer picks this method from the provider list when they sign. The signer uses their ID card as part of that flow.
The Osobna iskaznica is the identity card for Croatian citizens. The current card supports electronic authentication and signatures. Citizens over 18 who live in Croatia must hold one.
Yes. The card follows eIDAS, so an electronic signature made with it is recognised in EU member states.
