[Company] shall also be entitled to a full reimbursement for reasonable meals, lodging, travel, or other expenses related to the performance of such services by [Company] not set forth on the Scope of Work.

Rather, [Company] shall conduct its operations and provide its scope of work/services in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice.
This Agreement may be terminated...by either Party if the other Party or its Affiliate breaches a material provision of this Agreement or a Scope of Work and fails to cure such breach to the reasonable satisfaction of the non-breaching Party...
Either Party may immediately terminate this Agreement and/or any Scope of Work [where]...the other Party breaches a material term, obligation, covenant, representation, or warranty provided hereunder or in a Scope of Work and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after notice from the non-breaching Party; provided, however, that if such breach is of a nature that cannot reasonably be expected to be cured, the thirty-day period shall be inapplicable and the non-breaching Party may terminate immediately.
