BUENOS AIRES, Argentina, October 12, 2021 – As previously announced on September 28, 2021 (the “Launch Date”), Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 S.A. (the “Company”) commenced an offer to exchange (the “Exchange Offer”) any and all of its outstanding 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 issued on February 6, 2017 and its outstanding 6.875% Cash/9.375% PIK Class I Series 2020 Additional Senior Secured Notes due 2027 issued on May 20, 2020 (together, the “Existing Notes”) for newly issued 8.500% Class I Series 2021 Additional Senior Secured Notes due 2031 (the “Series 2021 Notes”). The Exchange Offer is being made to holders of the Existing Notes by means of an Exchange Offer Memorandum and Consent Solicitation Statement dated as of the Launch Date (the “Exchange Offer Memorandum”).
COMMERCIAL LAUNCH DATE. Scheduled Launch Date.
(A)General Obligations. Each Party will use its commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Program Launch Date occurs no later than the Scheduled Launch Date. After the Effective Date and prior to the Scheduled Launch Date, each Party will report weekly to the Steering Committee on its efforts to launch the Program in accordance with this Agreement and the Technical Specifications. If there are any changes to the scope, solution design and/or requirements of the Program, Amazon Services and Affirm, acting reasonably, will seek to mutually agree whether the Scheduled Launch Date should be amended and, if so, the Parties will record the new Scheduled Launch Date in writing. Not in limitation of Section 1.3 above, Amazon Services and Affirm may also agree to make the Program Application available on other Participating Sites.
Program Launch Date for Amazon Pay” means the date on which applications for Program Credit are first made available to Amazon Customers using Amazon Pay on a Processed Merchant Site.

The Offers will commence on 13 November 2020 (the “Launch Date”) and will expire, unless terminated earlier, at 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on 23 November 2020 or at such other date or time to which either Offer may be extended, reopened, amended and/or terminated by the relevant Company as provided in the Tender Offer Memorandum (such applicable date and time, the “Expiration Deadline”).

The Distributor shall launch each New Product on the earlier of (i) [*] after all Regulatory Approvals have been obtained for the relevant Development Product in the Territory or (ii) [*] after the relevant New Product has been made available ([*]) to the Distributor; but in any case no later than [*] after the relevant New Product has been made available to the Distributor, provided that, however, such relevant New Product has been made available to the Distributor at least [*] before expiry of this [*] term.
NYLIAC plans to begin marketing the new Contract on or about February 2022 (the “Launch Date”).
